Live Reading Sessions

Once a Live Reading Session has been scheduled and payment has been received, the appointment is reserved specifically for you.

If you need to cancel your Live Reading Session, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are not eligible for a refund.

Failure to attend a scheduled Live Reading Session without cancelling at least 48 hours in advance is considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

If you arrive late to your scheduled session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The session will not be extended to make up for time missed due to late arrival.

The Live Reading Session is considered complete when the scheduled session ends. Follow-up questions or additional readings are not included in the original purchase and require a new booking or purchase.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your Live Reading Session, please contact me as soon as possible.

Rescheduling is subject to my availability. Because appointments may be booked well in advance, I cannot guarantee that another appointment time will be immediately available.

Written Readings

Written readings are prepared specifically for the customer after payment and the required information or materials have been received.

Once work on a written reading has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded except where required by applicable law.

Written readings are generally delivered within 3–7 days after payment and receipt of all required materials.

Provider Cancellation

If I am unable to provide a confirmed service, the customer will receive a full refund.

By requesting or purchasing a service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.
