Welcome to Kari Light LLC. These Terms & Conditions apply to all psychic readings, mediumship readings, written readings, Zoom readings, distance healings and other services purchased or requested through this website.
By submitting a service request, providing information or materials, or purchasing a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
All services I provide are offered for entertainment and personal-interest purposes only and are not intended to replace professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, mental-health, or other professional advice.
Each service includes only the reading or service specifically purchased. Additional questions, additional subjects, additional readings, or additional services are not included unless expressly stated in the original service description.
2. Service Requests and Payment
Customers may submit a service request through the website. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee an appointment or create a payment obligation.
After receiving a service request, I will communicate with the customer to confirm the requested service, availability, date and time, current pricing, and payment arrangements.
Payment instructions will be provided after the service details and appointment arrangements have been confirmed.
When payment is made through a third-party payment provider, payment information is processed and handled by that provider according to its applicable terms, privacy policy, security practices, and requirements. Customers should not send complete payment card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials to me by email or through the service request form.
A service is considered booked or ordered once the required payment has been received and the service has been confirmed.
For written readings, the delivery period begins once payment has been received and all required questions, information, photographs, or other materials have been provided.
3. Live Reading Sessions
For Live Reading Sessions, the reading is provided during the scheduled appointment.
The session ends at the scheduled end time. Follow-up questions, additional readings, or additional services after the scheduled session are not included in the original purchase.
Any additional reading or service must be booked and paid for separately.
4. Written Readings
Written readings are generally delivered within 3–7 days after payment has been received and all required questions, information, photos, or other materials have been provided.
Delivery times may vary when additional information is needed from the customer.
If something in the delivered reading is unclear, the customer may contact me for reasonable clarification of the material already provided.
Clarification does not include new questions, additional subjects, requests for a different reading, or requests for additional information that was not part of the original order.
New questions or additional readings are considered new services and require a separate purchase.
5. Customer Information and Materials
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and any required materials necessary to complete their requested service.
If you submit information, photographs, or other materials relating to another person, you confirm that you have the legal right or appropriate permission to provide those materials.
6. Confidentiality
Client-provided information and materials are treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of providing the requested service, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
7. No Guaranteed Results
All services I provide are interpretive, spiritual, or personal in nature. No specific result, outcome, prediction, healing effect, or other result is guaranteed.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, choices, actions, and well-being.
8. Professional Advice
None of the services I provide are intended to replace professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, mental-health, or other professional advice.
My services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental-health condition.
If you have a medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional concern, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, choices, actions, and well-being.
9. Refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided for under the Refund Policy.
10. Changes to Services
I reserve the right to update or change my services, service descriptions, pricing, availability, scheduling options, and these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes to services, descriptions, pricing, or availability will be reflected on this website when applicable.
Any changes to pricing will apply to new orders or bookings and will not change the price of a service that has already been confirmed and paid for.
I may also update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this website with the revised date.
11. Acceptance
By submitting a service request, purchasing a service, providing payment, or submitting questions or materials, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or request services.
