All sales are final and non-refundable except as specifically stated in this policy or where a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Live Reading Sessions

For Live Reading Sessions, customers may cancel their appointment and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

If a customer arrives late to a scheduled Live Reading Session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The session will not be extended to make up for time missed due to late arrival.

Rescheduling is subject to my availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are not permitted and are not eligible for a refund.

Written Readings

Written readings are generally delivered within 3–7 days after payment has been received and all required questions, information, photographs, or other materials have been provided.

Because written readings are personalized services, all written-reading sales are final and non-refundable once payment has been received.

If something in the delivered reading is unclear, I am happy to clarify or explain portions of the reading that were already provided.

Clarification does not include answering new questions, additional questions, additional subjects, or requests for another reading.

Any new questions, additional subjects, or additional readings are considered new services and require a separate purchase.

Provider Cancellation

If I am unable to provide a confirmed service, the customer will receive a full refund.

Refund Processing

When a refund is applicable under this policy, the refund will be issued using the original payment method, where possible.

Any applicable payment processing fees charged in connection with the original transaction may be deducted from the refund.

Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Acceptance

By submitting a service request or purchasing a service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.
